These terms apply to quotes and roofing work carried out by Roofing Company West Parley. Last updated July 2026.
Quotes are provided following a free site survey and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the work described at survey stage; significant changes discovered once work begins may affect the final cost.
Cancellations made after a survey but before work starts may be subject to a call-out charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property ahead of any scheduled work.
